About

We bring you the best in Gospel News and Christian Living!

Curtis Brooks founded Gospel Pages with his wife Ardra in 2008 in response to a need in the gospel community for honest Christian commentary. Raised in the church by his mother, Minister Lizzie Joyce Brooks Joyner, he was surrounded by people who seemed to struggle with maintaining a Christian lifestyle outside of the church. Their opinions within the confines of Sunday service seemed to conflict with their behavior in the outside world. Some found it hard to incorporate Christian ideals in their everyday life without the framework of the church organization. There were also many issues that affected the community that were not discussed openly in church, while outside, opinions ran rampant.

Curtis sought to open the doors of communication in the community that needed a forum for issues that affected them. He wanted to show ways to lead a Christ-centered life every day, and that issues affecting the community could be discussed out loud, even with different viewpoints. From this belief came Gospel Pages, a place to find the newest and most influential people and trends of Christian life, while discussing issues that affect us all. In the end, we are one community of believers, and we needed a forum to come together.

Gospel Pages became something even more special to Curtis when his mother, two weeks before her death, expressed how important his cause was to her. He made the promise that he would continue to push forward, even through hardships that had threatened to end the project. Since then, with a renewed purpose and many days of hard work, Gospel Pages has continually grown. With your support it will continue to enrich lives and spread the gospel.
